The drive-thru wait time was excessively long! Over ten minutes for three cars ahead of us!! But they pulled through and gave my daughter and I free drinks without us even having to say anything! Agree with other posters that the drive-thru line is difficult as it weaves through the parking lot. The interior is one of the nicest around.

I like this branch, this is one of the biggest Starbucks store i have ever seen in Colorado. Friendly staff and quick service as well.

Service has been very slow since the redesign of this Starbucks. Maybe this is a training curve or the addition of new staff members? That said though, the staff are very friendly. Some process optimization is needed to get this store back to its previous standard.

Nicer than most Starbucks, but the service is slow. There are usually 5-6 people behind the counter and the service is much slower than stores with 1 or 2 people behind the counter. The drive-thru is even slower.

Best Starbucks anywhere. Great staff and the new remodel gives way more space cuz this place gets packed.

Best Starbucks on the Planet--very friendly crew.

Great location, like most starbucks it's super busy. Would like a bit more "outside the box" thinking from them but it's not going to happen. Don't try to make your cup of joe unique and you'll get what you want, at the crazy zany hours you want. Check my review of Dazbog in the area for a comparison :)

Always fast and friendly. Walking in is usually faster than waiting in the drive-up line.

Best Starbucks in town. It's the biggest, and also seems to be the busiest. And all the male baristas are hot and friendly. This Starbucks has a great off set room for studying. I love going to Starbucks to do my work but it can get really loud. The separate room is perfect and has long tables for group meetings, as well as comfy chairs and individual spaces.

Good coffee but the wireless internet was painfully slow!

As far as Starbucks goes, I'd consider this one above average. There's plenty of seating inside and a fireplace for those inevitably cold days & nights. Or some patio seating for the nicer days. It's a great space that gets plenty of sunlight during the day and good for hanging out or doing some work. I have no complaints with the service as the baristas do a fine job and are generally friendly. I don't understand why the drive thru every morning is literally at least 10-15 cars long. The line inside is shorter and you can get in and out pretty quickly. It could possibly be because the narrow layout of the parking lot doesn't allow for a lot of close up spots - so there is a bit of walking outside to get into the Starbucks. #firstworldproblems

Extremely nice Starbucks but very busy. The inside has a lot of seating and they need it, however the space accommodates the busyness very well. There's also some more comfy seating around the fireplace which is a really nice touch. All in all I think this is a really nice place to stop and grab some coffee and hang out a bit

I love coffee and hate this Starbucks. The service is horrrrible. They're always so cranky. Went to the drivethru this morning during normal business hours and NO ONE answered the speaker. When I drove around, I saw people standing around. Figured they didn't want my business this morning, so I kept going.

Not impressed. Terrible service. I was the only one in the drive thru and ordered 3 drinks. Took forever while the employees stood inside with the window closed and shot the bull. Then a drink comes out done only half-assed. The girl at the window had the worst attitude. I had to ask her to fix the drink and then still needed to ask for the receipt. What a joke. Don't bother with this location. The service just isn't worth it, even on a slow day.

  • Starr M.

This drive thru at this Starbucks is ridiculously slow, and when you finally get your drink, it's the wrong drink. I will no longer go to this Starbucks, ever. For the amount of money paid for a drink and the time spent waiting for it, they should get it right. It's not rocket science!

There was a massive remodel done on this Starbucks recently and what a new look this Bucks is showing off. Plenty of outlets convenient for everyone, especially for the laptop crowd. There is a large seating area inside that offers a variety of chairs to choose from. I always like a large patio, and this patio is large, however as you are enjoying the sunlight you'll be treated to the busy drive thru wrapping around two sides of the patio and the ability to hear every customers order in detail. I would say that this is a typical Starbucks in suburbia and is for sure one of the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen, especially the drive thru.

I come here regularly, staff are always friendly and the space nice and comfortable. I'm an Aussie and am very used to a very different style of coffee (i.e. not burnt and actually not disgusting) but the coffee here is acceptable by American standards. ;)

Wow! It's crazy busy in this Bux! I've been here twice and both occasions at different time of the day. Before lunch and before dinner. Both times I ate standing up and drank my hot cocoa standing up. Really. No. Place. To. Sit! They have this awesome area where a fireplace is. Guess what? It's a coveted space. I was even going to join strangers but there was no space at all. Every square inch here is taken up by tables and chairs and people. I was told when it snows they get cray cray like this. I think my conclusion is that they're just busy period. The baristas are efficiently fast. So don't fret. So be prepared to eat and run. Unless you get an awesome parking karma. For your butt!

Having my Starbucks app makes it too easy to drop in for a cuppa on my hood. I frequent three outlets nearby, with this one being more of a destination than a drop-in. It's large with plenty of seating, but can be packed to the gills during peak hours. There is a nice gas fireplace for cold days, and the staff is friendly and efficient. My cap is consistent here, unlike other places that vary. Perhaps I'll stop by more often.

This Starbucks happens to be within walking distance to my preferred hotel. Although Starbucks is not my first option, sometimes the convenience does it justice. Most of the time I order an Americano, as it has less bitterness and is typically more bold than drip coffee. I really enjoy their black iced tea on occasion. The staff here is always friendly even at 6am, which I think is important. Your first day's experience or interaction can set the stage for the remaining day, positive or negative. I've been here few dozen times and always left with a smile. The best attribute at this location is the grand interior. As you walk in, shelves on each side, create a path directing you towards the ordering counter. To the left there a multiple tables, sufficient for at least couple dozen patrons. To the right, a similar arrangement awaits you; however, it has something special that no other Starbucks I've been to has, a fireplace. Picture a ski lodge with comfortable chairs crowding a fireplace. During those winter cold mornings, the glimpse of it instantly warms my half asleep shivering body. Snowfall outside the window only makes this Starbucks more magical and a pleasure to relax at. Why can't we have a Starbucks with a fireplace in San Jose? Starbucks management, if you are reading this, make it happen, I promise I will visit daily.

My name is Christina and I'm a coffee addict. Given my caffeine addiction, I'm a Starbucks connoisseur, and this is my go-to morning stop. I usually get here before the crazy-long lines, but even when there are a few cars the service is always very fast. The inside is large and comfy for when you need a spot to work or maybe just chill out with your coffee. Of all the Starbucks on the route between my office and work, this is my favorite for their friendly, fast service and delicious beverages.

Go in, it is great. Drive thru very disappointing- have used a dozen times since moved to area, three times have gotten order wrong- asked for no foam (label on cup even says) and received extra. It is a little thing, but when you have baby in car, can not go inside and are so looking forward to a treat, it is disappointing- especially when you are paying over $5 for a cup, please get it right.

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks. And I will continue to go at least 3 to 5 times a week. I have to say that I am not impressed with the customer service and the speed of this specific location. I've been there multiple times and it seems like they're fully staffed yet they are very slow. I'm used to getting the Starbucks in the city so I'm not sure if this is just the change that I have to expect coming to the suburbs. If I walk in and there's not a line I wouldn't expect we more than two minutes for my drink. Today I was second in line and I waited for over 10 minutes and they gave me the wrong drink. Hopefully they shape up.

This is a good, solid Starbucks. I liked it before the remodel and I love it after. Although this is the second busiest Starbucks in the state of Colorado, they usually get me in and out. I don't understand why all the cars are snaked around the parking lot to use the drive through-- there is usually no one inside. Jerry, one of the baristas, has been there awhile. He always remembers my name and my order--- he even asks about things he remembers about me (my dogs, my husband, etc.) It's really special. I wish there were more people like Jerry! (At Starbucks and just in general). I took a pretty long hiatus from Starbucks for awhile (trying to choose local coffee shops), but the convenience is pretty alluring. Besides, I prefer Starbucks' beans to a lot of other places. The baristas here usually don't burn the espresso (weekend crew is a bit rough; I usually only go on weekday mornings).

I go to this one regularly due to it being right next to where i live. More often than not my experience is good. The drive thru can get pretty long if you go around 8 amish. But other than it being a pretty poppin location causing it to never being a speady stop, everything else is good.

  • Manny R.

The staff here all knows me by name, including Jerry, Mark, and Colleen. While my drink order is simple (grande Pike with no room) they always remember what I order which is nice. It's kinda like being Norm from Cheers except they don't serve beer and Sam Malone isn't behind the bar and Cliffy isn't spinning yarns. This place is always hoppin' and they do have free wi-fi contrary to what some of the other reviewers have indicated. The people watching here is always interesting, too. I would like to suggest to Starbucks that they renovate this location and make it more up to date and modern inside.

OK Starbucks; currently under construction with a very confused barista, but we got our drinks (and they came out right) eventually.

Super kudos for the remodel with tons of tables and a multitude of outlets! Definitely a suburban bucks, but I was able to spend a couple hours, get some work doe and not be too bothered by unruly children! With all the new stores in the same parking lot traversing the lot and finding parking is a little tough, but not impossible! Cheerful staff, even when newbies come in and ask dumb questions!

Okay Starbucks. I usually love you. But tonight I needed to pop in for a bathroom break on the road and then a tea. Your guy that was cleaning the bathroom had a few girls waiting on him. He knew it too, as three of us separately walked into the bathroom, panicked and needing to go. He was restocking towels but made us wait uncomfortably instead of just excusing himself and coming back to windex the mirror later. Customer service was great at the counter, but the rude bathroom boy seriously hurt the ambiance. You should never tell women that they'll have to hold it or come back in a few minutes because you're on a windexing mission. Maybe prop the door open next time to let them know you're in the women's restroom cleaning.

This was the closest coffee spot to my hotel and directly on the way to work site, so I gave in more than once. I think it's the largest Starbucks I've ever been to, with several rooms (one with a gas fireplace). You could almost hold a business meeting here. It also had a drive-through, but the line was always so long I never gave it a shot. (That, and I always bring my own cup, which doesn't seem to work well in drive-throughs). The long car line made parking lot navigation a bit of a pain. It could also detract from the service indoors, with the staff occasionally overwhelmed by the constant extrusion of vente caramel macchiatos into all those idling SUVs. (One drink went into a driver's lap, and the whole place shut down for 5 minutes as the staff went into a momentary, blind panic). Sometimes great service; sometimes terrible; but mostly in-between. Standard Starbucks offerings. 3 stars overall.

What a terrible set up here. The drive through is so chaotic and the line is always wrapped around the parking lot...bummer for those who wait but also anyone trying to get in or out of their car. the drinks are similar to any other starbucks you may have visited.

Per the usual 15 minute wait on drive thru multiple people drinking around the line leaving because of wait times

Their customer service needed a serious make over. So far I think they may have accomplished this epic feat as they had the worst staff imaginable. Their renovation is really nice and that make me want to spend time there.

This Starbucks in Lone Tree can be extremely busy. The drive-thru is especially popular, and can cause a log-jam when trying to enter or exit the parking lot. However, this is a very large Starbucks with varied seating inside, and a larger patio outside. It also has larger bathrooms that are kept rather clean. The staff here seem to hustle, and do a good job of moving the lines along. It also seems like a friendly crew working here. This is better than your average Starbucks.

When I'm too lazy to get out of the car, I go to this Starbucks location, which has the credit of being one of the largest Starbucks I've ever seen. The drive-thru service is typically a little slow, but the friendliness of the staff always seems to make the wait a little better. The line usually gets bad around 8 or 8:30 each weekday morning. The crowd can also be found on the inside where you will easily be waiting 10 minutes during peak times. What do you expect for one of the only non-grocery store Starbucks location in the Lone Tree area? The lesson I learned, arrive early and you'll avoid emptying your gas tank and dealing with a cranky stomach. Trust me.

This is the biggest Starbucks I have ever been to. And it is packed... There is a big drive-thru, lots of outdoor seating, a ton of tables and different areas. You could easily hold everything from a team meaning to a first match.com meeting here (by the fireplace!)

  • E K.

This location does have a drive-thru but since the remodel inside, they have attracted more people and don't seem to be able to keep up. They are SLOOOOOWWW during most times of the day - unless it's an hour before closing.

This Starbucks gets most of its stars for location and the fact that it has a drive thru. Other than that, it is a plain old Starbucks. They will make you a fairly decent latte and give you a comfy spot to sit if you like. They are a big corp so no free wi-fi - it is a T-Mobile hot spot so you will have to pay for the privilege to surf while you slurp. The drive thru at this one gets crazy busy and they often mess up orders - so be sure you confirm your drink when they hand it to you!! I have had them double charge me and get the wrong order at this one (on more than one occasion). Guess the drive thru is a bit too hard to grasp for good ole bucky's. Still for the lazy people (me) it is nice to cruise through and pick up my drink!

I am only giving this place 5 stars because it is where I met the love of my life. That was years ago, however, and I must say that now whenever I go to YoMax ... I dread it. I don't think I've gone into the lobby to get a drink and had it A) made correctly or B) made in under 6-7 minutes in.... years. To put it simply: it is way too busy in there, they are always understaffed, and the baristas are usually as miserable as the customers waiting 10 minutes for their drink. Starbucks policy is to get your drink made in 3 minutes or less from when you pay. Umm try 3 times that at this store. I believe the reason why it's so slow is because they only have 2 bars running in the AM, and they close one down in the late morning... for the majority of the day, only one espresso machine to make all those drinks? At least that's how it used to be! I will say that it's a great place to grab coffee with a friend or have an afternoon to spend working... since the lobby (and patio!) is so big, you can grab a little corner and feel secluded but still people watch and have another cup of coffee never more than 10 feet (and 10 minutes) away :) I really just avoid it at all costs, except whenever I want to reminisce about the good ole days of meeting my love.
